Financial
Our office will submit insurance forms for you, and help you understand your insurance benefits. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, and most major credit cards. Our office is a provider for the majority of insurance plans in this area.
Some health insurance companies do not cover chiropractic, or maybe there is no insurance. If you don't have insurance, or there is no coverage, don't put off getting the treatment you need. At White Chiropractic, we offer financing through CareCredit, which is a company specializing in financing your health care needs. When you use CareCredit to finance your treatment, you can make monthly payments with no interest or finance charge (balance must be paid in full within the time allowed). Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
